    With over a decade of experience, Jenna, co owner of Kind Body GC has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2011 and has a special interest in relieving the physical symptoms of stress and anxiety, combining remedial massage with long relaxing massage strokes to make the experience beneficial for the body and the mind. Jenna also has a passion for helping those on their motherhood journey live comfortably.

    Jenna is qualified in Remedial massage, Dry Needling, Cupping, relaxation & Pre and Post Natal Massage.

    Winnie is a Remedial Massage Therapist with a background in Nursing. With over half a decade of experience, she is highly qualified and proficient in multiple massage modalities such as deep tissue, relaxation, remedial, sports massage and lymphatic drainage.  With a special interest in relieving migraines and a compassionate approach, Winnie has the skills and expertise to help you achieve your wellness goals.

MEET henna – Our Clinic Companion

Henna is our much-loved 17-year-old rescue dog and an important part of our clinic family. Most days you'll find her doing what she does best, sleeping peacefully in her favourite spot, soaking up the calm atmosphere of the clinic.

While Henna occasionally likes to greet clients, she's a very gentle and respectful companion. She does not jump up, lick, or seek excessive attention, and she is never permitted in our treatment rooms. Her presence is limited to the reception and shared areas of the clinic.

Over the years, Henna has brought comfort, joy, and many smiles to our clients. In fact, many regulars often ask where she is on the days she stays home. Her calm nature and quiet companionship have become a cherished part of the welcoming environment we strive to create.

One of my goals in creating this clinic was to build a space that feels comfortable, safe, and nurturing, not only for our clients, but also for Henna. As she enjoys her senior years, I am grateful to be able to bring her along, where she can rest comfortably, be well looked after, and continue sharing her gentle presence with those around her for however much longer she is with us.
